Terrible service can't follow simple instructions left can't and won't give my parcels to my neighbour who is also my mother took half day Friday and they shut at 10am what is the point of a public service that shuts early on a Friday? Had a parcel delivered Thursday was at work with no one in usually leave in a safe place but didn't this time Friday was strike action so couldn't pick up then as was closed but notice says on door to collect on the Friday if it was Christmas presents Monday I get as boxing day just tried to collect my parcel today and... read full comment

We have a large note on our gate stating that we have a puppy staying and asking that visitors, including postperson, please close the gate. Just watched from bedroom window as postman totally ignored and left gate open. What happened to friendly post people!!?
