There are some staff in this shop so helpful and others just can't be bothered .Asked them to put some milk in black coffee for me was told its at the door !!!! Days gone bye , you could go into Gregg's order what you wanted get it pay and leave , mNow days, its don't have that or its gonna be ahh 15 min till its ready, food still great but choice and availability is
