Placed an order for £40 when it got delivered was missing stuff from order no straws for drinks and no sauces that had been paid for

In as much as I don't like putting up negative reviews, this time I am deeply pained.
I ordered for my little daughter, but the order came freezing cold and ketchup dip missing and no straw to take her vanilla cream shake, this isn't the first time this is happening.
Nugs are not up to par chips have not one grain of salt and diet coke is average at best i haven't even looked at my big mac and i know ot will be just as bad (follow looked at the big mac too cheesy which is what my ex wife said) #bringsbackbadmemories
