Slowest most unhelpful branch & staff standing around chatting with 12 customers waiting in queues -at least close of the staff area so customers don’t see !! Ridiculous branch -not all the same I will add just this one

Ridiculously slow staff, no facilities for business customers. They have three serving windows and never more than 2 open, mostly only one when there are always several staff through the back laughing and joking. Terrible customer service.

Was I. Hamilton branch today and staff were very friendly. Ewan who served us was exceptional. He was kind and attentive and is a credit to the bank. I will recommend this branch to others. Thank you Ewan for your kindness and good service.
