I hate going to this bank, customer service is utterly atrocious. If you want a visual representation of a dying industry that is local banking visit this branch.Over staffed yet still wait a lifetime and to be honest not entirely sure what they do. Not happy with the poor customer service i had received the last time i was here at this bank of scotland , the older lady that had dark hair that works here upset me with what they said to me regarding my account and bank issues

Terrible bank for young 18 Yr old to open account with no photo ID except young scot card, he had been trying for 3 weeks to open an account after todays episode once again, I finally took him to RBS, had all other paper ID necessary
