Generally very poor customer service. Long waits in queues. Staff don't really stick to Covid protocols. Looks like BOS are running this branch down.

I have been a good customer at the branch for many years. I wanted to exchange 2x £20 notes for 8x £5 notes, to be told by the 'greeter' that this could not be done.
