Found the person serving me quite cheeky, not the usual friendly staff I am used to

disgraceful today at branch deposited money to account , transaction took very long ,of which the conclusion was that the arm flagged a message saying deposit was not successful..girl at door totally refused to help whick caused me great anxiety..will be making a full complaint.
