I have only just joined the Nationwide Building Society after I recently opened an account in their Glasgow Argyle Street branch. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful there and the staff in the Greenock branch are exactly the same ?? Closed for lunch, your a service, why be closed during your busiest period and most convenient time for your customers. High Street Banking doing themselves no favours.
