Looking for a watch and spoke to member of staff who was standing about behind counter, asked if I could look at three watches as I wanted to see them in the flesh and not on a screen....sorry we dont have the staff to do that was his reply. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm a wheelchair user. I bought something that was slightly larger. I knew if it was wrapped right then I could carry it on the back of my wheelchair. The store assistant Kev couldn't be bothered to help me and said that I should get up and walk so that I can carry it.That is an ABELIST comment.
