went for fuel @17:00 at shell toll gorebridge the gentleman if you want to call him that (person) that was on has no Customer service at all, to busy on his phone, watching something, I am surprised that he can use the till as does not even lift his head to acknowledge you. Some Satff are not aware of all products, especially about car wash. Old experience

Toilets are disgusting, rarely ever have Toilet roll. Staff can be friendly depending on time of day. Coffee machine is always dirty. Fuels dear enough but even crisps are extortionate here - use the van over the road for a decent cuppa & something to eat!
