Disgrace service I had to wait the women seen me coming over to pay she walked Away There was another man there start getting nippy with me felt discriminated. Customer service is 0 As we spent a lot off money with shell will be thinking to use another garage

I send parcels once or twice a week, a few months ago one cashier started refusing to accept parcels, she said there was no room, I asked to talk to the manager, she called a red-haired woman and she said that she was the boss, I asked who the owners were, she said that she was the owner, there is no one else to complain... read full comment

If you get the ginger lady serving don’t even pull into the place you’ll be there all day. This isn’t a new staff issue, she is clearly inept as she has worked there more than long enough to wrap her head around how to run the place.
