20 minutes to wait for a coffee this morning in a relatively quiet Maccies. Seemed to be a general theme amongst other customers. Noticed the home delivery crews coming and going without delay so does this tell us where the priority lies these days. Waited over 20 minutes for drive thru in space. Asked on ordering how many x item were ready..ordered that many. Guy delivering to cars goes to 6 After me n says nothing. I go in n ask issue. Waiting on x item. Told cancel x as said oh ordering I've somewhere to be. Guy ignores me as he's Deliveroo. Shirt guy steps over...start... read full comment
