Kirsty was brilliant, was looking for a Christmas gift, she spend time making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, items were ordered and arrived on time, the service given was amazing from start to finish thanks again.

When I was struggling to find what I was looking for online, I phoned the shop and Lisa guided from start to finish. Provided me a selection of rings, has them ready for me the next day and her expertise was exceptional. So glad I used H Samuel.

Brilliant service, really detailed knowledge of the Seiko watches we were interested in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lisa also took links out of watch bracelet to mark it a perfect fit. She is an asset to H Samuels and we will definitely be returning customers.
