This wasn't a very good visit as there was no warm food available let alone hot. I asked what the warmest item was & she said nothing is warm now. They still had 4hrs till closing so I asked if there was anything in the oven due out in the next 10-15min again I was snapped at no!
We are paying for hot food so I expect...

Get the APP. I've completed it a few times. Never met gregg once, though. Meet bane in the other bakers all the time, don't watch him eat, stuffs sausage rolls through that thing on his face! It's not great to witness
