Usually fantastic team and service!!, just stood in a q for 40 minutes to deposit coins which were all counted and bagged to be told they are in the wrong bags and I had to much to deposit. The staff member spoke to me like I was an idiot !

Had my wedding at the laurel bank hotel on Saturday 16th September. A twilight wedding. Everything was spot on. Married upstairs the down to the hall for the reception. A great venue and the food was very good. Lee Murray the manager was brilliant with the planning. On the day he was great. He plays our music for the ceremony.... read full comment

The hosts Sue and Gary exceptional customer service they couldn’t do enough for you Their knowledge of local area is impressive They provide recommendations and overall the loveliest couple. The room was little small but very clean and tidy and even provided bath robes
