Was there today for a recall problem. The guy who was behind the desk,Mark, was very courteous and asked me to help myself to refreshments. I was originally told my appointment would be around 45mins and I was there for nearly 2 hours. My car was washed and hoovered in fact it was cleaner than when I took it in. Thanks...
