We didn’t stay at the hotel and perhaps that’s where we went wrong. We found them unwelcoming and unfriendly. The bar was expensive and they do not serve take out food. If it were busy I could understand them focussing on guests but it wasn’t and they clearly weren’t interested in providing a decent level of service... read full comment

Food was good did not wait long for Service. Staff were first class.
