Turned up, maitre d was welcoming. Very busy Saturday night. Couldn't find my booking. He simply said ill find you a seat. Food was scrumptious, recommend the organic red wine. After a lovely meal, I checked booking. I'd booked the wrong Saturday. Top marks to Zizzi for customer service.

Have eaten at this restaurant on a few occasions and never had cause to complain. The food today was extremely poor. The Mushroom risotto was very salty and the spaghetti bolognese was more like spaghetti soup. Very watery with hardly any meat.
