If you return something, they don't give you your money back. They give you a voucher instead, therefore you're bound to buy something in the shop even if you don't want to.

When I was returning an item the women was giving me a lot of attitude as I was only asking questions, the customer service was not as good as it could’ve been! I am very disappointed this has happened twice now!
