Called the Glasgow store today and spoke with Jamie re a necklace I was trying to source. Jamie was warm friendly and helpful, checked stock and confirmed with me to collect later pm. i phoned the Vivienne Westwood store yesterday as i wasn't able to get a jewellery piece on line. The girl (Emma) said she would check other stores and call me back. i was left a message to be told she was able to get it from a London store and i would be able to collect on Thursday.
