That’s a second time I’ve turned up to get a brow wax and the staff haven’t showed up for their shift. This time I paid and nobody was there which made them realise the 09:30 start hadn’t shown up. It’s £19 for a brow and lip wax making it one of the most expensive in Glasgow so you’d expect a better service.... read full comment

Went to superdrug to get some things and I’m waiting in the line but there is only one cashier on having a chat with her pals while also not caring at all that there is a line. Really irresponsible staff especially when I went to the other check out at the perfume section and pay. Where she also did not care.
