Walked in and the ceilings have collapsed??? Water in buckets dripping for ceiling . So dangerous for customers and staff. Staff are being positive and lovely but can see worried. They keep apologising to me and other customers . Shopping and working conditions are terrible. Shop should be closed

ceiling falling apart ?? not ideal. unsafe. Went to boots instead.

Staff were brilliant as always, unfortunately the ceiling wasn’t up to par. With bits missing and it leaking, not only is it an eye sore but a health hazard for customers and staff. Very disappointing :(
