This store is absolutely filthy. The stairs look like they have never seen a mop in years.the toilets are disgusting staining and a mountain of filth and dust that looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time. Coffee nice, upstairs is a pigsty, cups and plates left on the floor and most tables, and not cleaned up including the tables with spills.
I was there at 4pm on a Thursday no queues and four staff all happy and chatting, but ignoring the mess upstairs.
