Went in to return a faulty pair of shoes that had a hole inside the shoes sole (and I'd only bought them a month ago). I was basically accused of lying about how often I'd used them and made to feel like it was my fault the shoes were ruined. Had barely any use of them! They begrudgingly gave a credit note for them but...

Went in with a friend and Adam served us really well. He was so patient and helpful as we did our selections. We ended up picking more shoes than what we had planned for. Thank you so much Adam
