Very rude and condescending staff at return desk.

Absolutely terrible handling. I was at the till to be served and the brunette lady (Leeanne was the name on the receipt) was so violent with my items, smashing my purchase into the bag, I could hear crunching sounds. Try not to be served by her if you want your gifts to be presentable, mine turned into a mess.

Got 2 big boxes and asked for a clear bag to carry them,was told no can't have one as they are only for click and collect,but a cld have a bag for life,which my stuff didn't fit in,asked again ill pay for it,again was told no can't give u a bag!! Absolute joke after spending good money in the place wouldn't give me a back...
