I made a Chop Chop app order which took longer than expected, but the team added some free cookies to the order as a way to apologise for the delay, which I thought was a nice touch. Thanks Gordon St. Local :)

Very rude Colleague, the one with Blue Shade glasses and her name start with K. She must've skipped induction day or skipped the course on how to deal with customers, my Sainsburys bag ripped off so went back to the store to ask for another one.
