It is not possible to find out , speaking to a person on the phone in which royal mail depot my parcel is taken to. Service and how to rearrange deliveries are not good.I don’t like it and it actually puts me off ordering things online…

Couldn't get through on telephone, 25 minute wait. Was phoning to complain about cards I received on 28th November. They were post marked 16th November and had first class stamps. 12 days for first class... ridiculous

My phone was put into a mail box j with no envelope after leaving it down, luckily I got it back, A lovely mail woman drove to my house just to give me it, was definitely over and above duty
