Why are the opening hours so short???? Wouldn't mind if they ever tried to actually deliver anything, but 9/10 of the recent parcels I've been expecting haven't shown up, no red slip and just an email from the seller that it's at the office. Tried to phone on behalf of a friend who is in hospital re parcel, number given is a text line. Customer service number given, can't speak to a real person,will have to make trip on her behalf tomorrow. Office only open 2 hours daily ??
