Staff always pleasant and helpful, but the new opening hours are difficult. Was a surprise about the changes8am - 10am, other than Sat 12pm is not viable for most people during the week. Total nightmare.8-10am so impossible to pick up a parcel.They do not even attempt to deliver but send a ‘address inaccessible’ email and then the mail man puts a card through the door the next day? With the previous days date on it as if the delivery driver put it through?The staff at the depot are extremely cheeky... read full comment
