Royal mail is a joke. Package sent to Ayr Office in error. then sent back to Glasgow MC.
I only live 10 mins from Ayr Can't believe I have to wait even longer to receive package I should have received days ago.

Been waiting on a parcel delivery from 9th January and its sitting in this mail centre, i have phoned twice and still not got it. The phone number for this office is unavailable. An actual shambles!
