I had a parcel from Shein ( tracking no. WC126545498GB) that is showing delivered on 22/09/23 but I didn't receive it. I was at home all day. Please help me to get my parcel.

Total disgrace royal mail lost my parcel 5 weeks ago got a card through the door on 2nd Oct saying I had to pay postage done that and still no parcel and 1 hrs waiting time on a mobile to speak to someone raging

They never deliver on time or even attempt to deliver your package but select the option that the address was inaccesible which is not true. They don't update the tracker, I was supposed to get my package on Saturday and I won't get it until Tuesday. That if I am lucky enough. Pretty bad service.
