Absolutely ridiculous you cannot call depot directly and are expected to hang on for half an hour to speak to customer services. Also 8-10am opening hours is no good to anyone. 3 times now Royal Mail have held onto parcels saying not enough postage paid and they have been wrong, therefore parcels are delayed in being sent... read full comment

The new opening hours don't suit anyone who works 8am til 10am. However the staff and service have always been great when it is open.
