Clean and bright but the assistants don't acknowledge customers or say please or thank. You feel totally ignored as they speak amongst themselves. Poor customer service all round

I gave them National Entitlement card form 4 weeks ago they said they would post it.Phoned SPT today they said that they had not received anything thanks for nothing Edinburgh Road post office how hard is it to send a form away ? ye work in the place no be using yous again fkn arsehols ????
