This is my local Post Office and I've never had anything other than a good experience here. Mr Mehmood is always very helpful, and happy to answer questions about the range of services they offer - you can send via Royal Mail or Evri and they'll help you choose the right service. I went to this post office to recharge my electricity bill but I didn't have money, I only had change and the staff here refused to let me leave twice. That's ridiculous
