Rude man behind the counter. Evri website say they do package-less returns. Refused my package even through it was it a package. When I asked where else I can go, he said home to get a box.Idiot.

Some of the most miserable, unhelpful staff you could ever meet - consistently terrible, especially when returning any parcels, picking up packages etc.
