Visited the Buchanan Galleries store on 15/1/24 to return some items that were purchased online. When I asked the assistant the total of the refund, I was rudely told to "look at the receipt". A shop with tons of options and offers! Unique objects of excellent quality, with great taste! A very nice place! However, I underline the limitation of the dressing rooms. In short, in reality there were more dressing rooms but they were closed, I don't know why, forming a queue of customers to try on the items to buy!... read full comment

Visited the outlet today and one of the staff members Muhammad was great at helping me finding the right jacket! Great customer service and very polite staff ?
