Bought a jacket zip went after 3 hours of wearing it. The replacement one sticks all the time. Good service just let down by the product

I do not recommend this particular store to anyone. They sell goods of very poor quality. On Sunday, I bought a small fabric backpack for my wife to take to school for a few small items that certainly wouldn't be very heavy, such as a few pens and a binder and notebook.
