Was in with my daughter not long ago looking for a pair of jeans my daughter asked a boy in the mens section and he couldn't have been more unhelpful. Just pointed to the jeans and walked away ?. Daughter went and found another member of staff and they couldn't have been more lovely and helpful after a bad experience.

Was in a couple weeks back and never got any help from the employee?. Asked a boy in the men’s section if he could help me find jeans for my dad and he pointed me to the jeans and walked away! Eventually got help from another person and they couldn’t have been more lovely. Won’t be asking that same person for help... read full comment
