Myself, mum and sisters visted The Cafe, M and S, Silverburn today for afternoon tea. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Think you should get your staff at bakery counter to use tongs when filling up products as you expect customers to do so. Not good for food hygiene. Will never buy at in store bakery counter at silverburn again

I had a great service from heather and the team in silverburn last week I was made to feel very comfortable even though heather ia still training will definitely be back.Julie x
