How do they think the food they serve in the cafe is acceptable? ?

Big thanks to the lovely staff member who let me charge my phone up when I had a flat battery in my car and my phone was also flat - yikes ! Could have been a disaster. Really appreciated how nice and understanding she was. THANK YOU !

Visited the cafe recently and it was absolutely filthy. None of the tables had been cleared and in order to get a table you had to clear it yourself. Not the standard you would expect from M and S.
