Ordered the bbq tower burger box meal. Was given a burger with some mayo and lettuce. Photo attached. Second tower burger box meal didn't come with full meal. Guy on drive thru didn't ask what side I wanted, was just given gravy. Meal is cold. £17 I spent for the wrong meals and cold food. I also wasn't given a receipt.

We ordered through Ubereats at 6:55pm last Friday. On the app, it said the food would be 20-35 minutes. We waited patiently but every time a driver was assigned to deliver, they would move the time of arrival and say they are assigning another driver. This happened 4 times. Place was empty when I went in and ordered tower mean! Tower burger was all wonky and says all one side!
I went to the toilets and they were a disgrace!
Regularly is nice they claimed! Hand wash was broken and off the floor! Stains on the floor. Looked like not they had not been cleaned in ages!
