Had a few really poor service experiences in this KFC and the manager was very poor at resolving any issues

The Colonel did it again. A 4 hour plus trip up to Glasgow. Quick pit stop for a bucket ? to take to the Premier Inn Glasgow Centre... Only 2 touch pad machines to order from, that is my only negative observation. A receipt, quick service, and a smiling chatty young lady who handed over my huge bag of chicken ?
