Very bad service, and I tried to complain my bad experience there. They said they will give me some compensation but I have waited a month, no compensation was credited, and don’t reply my email anymore

I had filled the online application but due to missing bonafide letter, they put my app for hold and ask to walk in anytime when i had it ready but when i dropped in today early in the day by 10:30 am, they said slots are full and cant take the application forward and have to book the appointment again! Know what appointment...
