Went in to collect a parcel from the Buchanan Street store and was met by the lovely Helen, so friendly and helpful that I ending up buying 2 more items...no hard sell just help with sizing. Helen is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you.

I was told the fitting room closing in five minutes at 4:40pm seems quite early considering the store closes at 5pm on the day. Didn’t appreciate being chased by the staff.
