Less than impressed with the staff except the man on the parts desk. When I entered the store, the only staff member visible was on the checkout desk.When I eventually found other staff they were less than helpful.Won't be using that store again.

Brilliant experience today with Richard at the Braehead store when returning a car seat for exchange that we couldn't find the receipt for (first woman we dealt with also very helpful but didn't catch her name, sorry).Richard was informative and engaging and made the whole process really simple and pleasant.Thanks Richard.
