Ordered my sons school shoes online and picked them up in store. Karen the manager was more than helpful. I had to visit the store twice the next day, with minutes to spare before it closed to get a pair that fitted. No issues, Karen and her staff were brilliant throughout.5 star service.Thank you! ?

I had a lovely experience in the Glasgow Buchanan Street Store when returning shoes. From first contact with Robbie and then with assistant manager Karen.
