We ordered coffee and hot chocolate, it wasn't busy, still managed to get hot chocolate order wrong. Asked me if they had given me my change, they had. Said he couldn't remember. I went to the toilet whilst there, oh my God! Disgusting. The stench was dreadful! Toilets blocked, water all over the floors, tissues everywhere.... read full comment
