Very poor experience. CO-OP head office need to look into this store. Customer service is non existent. As an ethical retailer retraining is required ASAP! (I have worked in retail 20 plus years and know how difficult it can be, but this store is a disgrace)

Oh dear, the staff let this nice clean small store down. I’ve witnessed a staff member shouting at a customer when making an error using the self scan checkouts. It’s a bit of a rough area granted, but so is the Gorbals and their staff are a lot nicer.
