Had my dauguters ears pierced at Claire's. Staff were really nice, patient, and professional. I also love the fact that they give you a cleaning fluid to go with, and it's all part of your package.

Yesterday, my mother went to the checkout with a tiara style head band. When she was at the checkout, the checkout lady took it off her saying it had no tag for scanning.
