Bad customer service from the delivery guys. So rude and empathetic. Asked them if they could help me lift the items I bought upstairs to the rooms and they rudely refused without even considering that I am heavily pregnant. Went in to purchase a TV the Person Mark was nice he said if there was anything wrong with the TV to take it back. When I got home I tried tuning it in but wouldn’t work so took it back and Mark swapped it with another TV at £10 more great place definitely going back amazing place
